Sometimes children give you wonderful gifts, that are beyond your expectations. A little time for yourself changes you and everything around you.
Let’s read how a little girl gave her mother a new ray of happiness and made her feel so proud of her daughter.
Adweta was a seven-year-old girl. She lived in a big city with her parents. She was a happy child. She always found happiness in little things, just like any other child of her age. She was a very good observer.
She used to watch her mother very carefully. Her mother was working in a big corporate company and was always busy with her work.
Adweta’s mother loved Adweta a lot and she made sure she gives everything what her child desires.
Adweta saw her mother annoyed a lot of time with something or the other.
Adweta had started understanding the pressures and responsibilities that her mother had, but along with handling those, she wanted her mommy to be happy and enjoy life, just like her.
One day, when her mom returned from work, though it was Sunday ahead, she was upset for some reason.
Adweta got an idea.
She went to her mother and hugged her and asked for a gift.
Adweta said, “Mommy, I want a gift from you.”
Mom said, “What’s it sweetheart?”
Adweta said, “Mom it’s very difficult for you to give me but I really want it.”
Mom said, “Tell me, I’ll try my level best to get you that.”
Adweta then said, “Mommy I want that instead of spending the whole Sunday with me, ensuring that all my work is complete…”
Mommy, “But listen sweetie,…”
Adweta, “Mommy let me complete.. I want you to join a dance class.
Mommy, “But how…?”
Adweta, “Don’t you love to dance. I know you used to learn classical dance before I came to your world.”
Adweta gave numerous reasons to her mom and made her agree to join a dance class.
Both Adweta and her father soon found a nice class for her mother and she started learning dance again.
Within a month, Adweta could see a bright and happy change in her mother. It looked as if she got a whole new life again. She was no more annoyed with anything and looked forward to Sundays.
Everyone in the family seemed to have found new love for each other and their happiness knew no bounds. Adweta’s mission was accomplished, and she could see her mom happy all the time, no matter what.
